THE PASSPORT PRIVILEGE - MALAYSIA

THE PASSPORT PRIVILEGE

1.And now Najib’s censorship will be exported. Foreign media must be put under control the way the Malaysian media is controlled. All reports must be in praise of 1MDB, Petro Saudi, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Island, the 2.6 billion Ringgit in Najib’s private account, the 2.3 billion Ringgit which has been returned, the sacking of party members and leaders who failed to praise all the above etc. etc. etc.

2.How is the foreign censorship and control to be done. Simple. The passports are a privilege. Deprive Malaysians of this privilege.

3.Take away their passports if they fail to praise Najib when speaking to the foreign media. It is totally and absolutely the democratic thing to do. All democracies in the world take away the passports of their citizens if they tell the foreign media anything bad about their leaders. Malaysians, under Najib’s democracy must do the same.

4.I will begin and I will set the example by praising Najib and the 2.6 billion Ringgit in his account sky-high when abroad. Any speech I deliver abroad and my answers in any interview by foreign media will highlight Najib’s democratic arrest and detention of anyone who failed to report to the police about Najib’s action to secure the country by declaring his critics are terrorists. I will never fail to talk about Najib’s great contribution to Islam for which the Arabs gave him USD 681 million. Also about the freedom of speech of UMNO delegates to not talk about 1MDB and the 2.6 billion Ringgit in the great leader’s account.

5.The passport is a privilege. It says so in the Malaysian constitution. The constitution and the law also says that if you don’t praise Najib, the passport will be confiscated.

6.When I am abroad I will defend Najib and his democratic Government. I give my word that I (with my tongue in cheek) will do so.

7.Three cheers for 1 MDB and money in the PM’s pocket.

8.Now the country will become a big prison for those who talk against Najib to the foreign media when abroad.

BETRAYING UMNO - Malaysia

BETRAYING UMNO

MALAYSIA

1. Indeed, what is happening to this blessed country has never been anticipated, dreamed or predicted by anyone, whether its citizen or foreigners.

2. When we fought for independence all leaders and people believed that leaders chosen by them will behave and act as nationalists who served, even sacrificed for the sake of country, for the people and for their prosperity. This is why they accepted without question the democratic system, a system that gives citizens the right to choose their government.

3. And as they anticipated, their choice of leaders after leaders did not disappoint them. The nation was properly developed and people enjoy a better life and are more prosperous than before.

4. Prime Ministers did not posed any problems. When the time came for them back down, off they go. Civil unrest to topple the Prime Minister has never happened.

5. Tun Abdullah also stepped down when his performance in the 12th General Election was not so good. He withdrew when it was clear that he no longer had people’s support. Najib also urged him to step down, and Najib replaced him.

6. People felt relieved. This is Malaysia. The transition of leadership at the highest level of power occurred smoothly and orderly. People waited for favours that they will get from the new leadership. They believed that the new is better than the old. If not better then certainly at least equal to his father, Tun Razak.

7. But people aspirations did not come true. Very early it can be observed his remarkable life of luxury compared to the previous Prime Ministers. This is seen especially during the wedding of his child. The focus is not given to the country’s development, to the creation of jobs and business opportunities. On the other hand BRIM was created, giving RM500 to people who are said to be poor.

8. People are disappointed. Far from supporting. Najib’s performance in the 13th General Election declined compared to the Prime Minister that he replaced. But the leaders at the divisional level and especially UMNO’s elected representatives did not seem to understand the lack of public support for Najib.

9. Then came 1MDB. With a capital of one million ringgit the company, founded and headed by Najib, borrowed forty-two thousand times more than capital. Thus started the stories about misconduct by 1MDB. Billions of ringgit were invested without in-depth studies, transferred here and there, disappeared and lost. Questions remained unanswered. Interests obligations are not met. Auditors are dismissed, replaced and dismissed again.

10. Then there is the story of Jho Low who does not hold any position but was full of authority.. If Members of the Board question, Jho Low would telephone Dato Sri Najib and tell the director asked Najib himself. Directors do not ask. Just follow instructions from Jho Low. Those who are not happy withdrew from the Board.

11. Stories about Rosmah also angered the people. Stories spread regarding the purchase of handbags alone costing millions of Ringgit, and also supposedly of many businesses giving free shares to Rosmah through her proxy.

12. All matters regarding 1MDB are sealed, not reported by the press because they are not allowed to, or out of fear or were warned. 1MDB matters were also not allowed to be brought up during UMNO General Meeting.

13. Later in the foreign press, Wall Street Journal, there were reports that Dato Sri Najib has in his personal bank account USD681, equivalent to RM2.6 billion. Everyone was surprised. They asked whether it was true that the Prime Minister of Malaysia have that much money. This is not possible. This is just news from the foreign press who like to criticize Malaysia.

14. Najib denied. He said he would never be so stupid as to deposit that amount of money into his personal account. He said the story is unfounded. He did not have so much money.

15. But in the end Dato Sri Najib admitted that there is a sum of RM2.6 billion in his personal account. Supposedly, a donation from a Prince of Saudi Arabia. Then changed, that it was from the King of Saudi Arabia who had died.

16. But its confirmation by means of a reliable document does not exist. Just a declaration by Najib. The Attorney General was dismissed and the new one appointed claimed that Najib had not misused funds in his account. Apparently this money has been given back to the donor. Once again there are no documents to support this contention. Only a statement by the Attorney General

17. If not guilty, why not file a defamation suit against the Wall Street Journal and Sarawak Report that made the reports on the RM2.6 billion in Najib’s account. The suits can be filed in Britain or the United States if the accused refuses to be tried in Malaysia. But Najib did not file the suit, other than just asking why the reports were made. This means that reports by the Wall Street Journal and Sarawak Report are true and with basis.

18. Now the world knows and believe that Najib has misappropriated a lot of 1MDB’s capital. And the world laughs sarcastically at Malaysia which have become the most corrupt country in the world. And Najib is allegedly the worst Finance Minister in Asia.

19. Heads of UMNO’s divisions and UMNO Members of the House of Representatives could not be so deaf and blind as to not know about Najib’s misconduct. But they continue to support Najib and defend him. Do not they feel any shame knowing their Prime Minister is this rotten, openly humiliated by the world without being rebutted by Najib.

20. But it seems they do not feel ashamed and are more concerned with self-interest rather than the interests and dignity of the country.

21. Everywhere people gather and demanded that Najib be removed from the post of Prime Minister. Members and UMNO leaders do not know that their party will lose if Najib continues to lead the BN and Umno in the 14th General Election. Only the dumb and deaf will not be bothered with the demise of Umno which will surely happened.

22. Umno is a party that defeated the Malayan Union and liberate the country. UMNO also succeeded in developing the country.

23. UMNO also gave to the country Prime Ministers, Prime Ministers that developed the country to a high level.

24. But today because UMNO defends Najib as Prime Minister although it is clear he was involved in a deplorable scandal, and makes UMNO the worst party in Malaysia, still division leaders and UMNO Members of Parliament conspire with Najib to destroy UMNO. Their children and grandchildren will curse them for this.

25. O UMNO leaders, please remember the future. Your betrayal will be justly commensurated in the world and in the hereafter.

THE CITIZENS’ DECLARATION - MALAYSIA

1. Malaysia is a Constitutional Monarchy and a Parliamentary Democracy.

2. The country has a written constitution and laws to protect the people from criminal acts and abuses of power by the Government.

3. Unfortunately we are seeing the Constitution and the laws of the country being ignored or abused. The built-in constitutional provision for redress i.e the report to the police and the vote of non-confidence to remove the leader are now no longer available.

4. The separation of power between the Legislative, the Executive and the Judiciary is not respected any more. The Prime Minister seems to exercise power over all three. As a result he seems to be above the laws of the country.

5. He created a national wealth fund from borrowed money.

6. Now the Government is in debt totalling RM50 billion.

7. 1MDB is unable to pay a two billion dollar interest on the debt.

8. 1MDB defaulted on the payment of another debt. 1MDB invested one billion dollars in JV with Petro Saudi, supposedly to exploit oil and gas concessions in Argentina and Turkmenistan.

9. The JV was dissolved as there was no oil or gas to produce.

10. The USD 1 billion share in the JV was lent or sold to Petro Saudi for 1.2 billion.

11. More money was lent to Petro Saudi.

12. Where the money has gone to is not known.

13. More than 2 billion USD was invested in Cayman Islands.

14. The money was said to have been brought back and deposited in a Singapore bank.

15. The Singapore bank denies money had been deposited with it by 1MDB.

16. 1MDB then claims it was not money, but units. What unit?

17. Suddenly Najib was reported to have USD 681 million (equal to RM 2.6 billion) in his private account in Ambank.

18. He claims it was a donation but has no credible document to prove it.

19. He had spent some of the money held in this account on himself.

20. There is no record of his spending on UMNO in the 13th General Election as he claims.

21. Reports by Bank Negara apparently on this account has been brushed aside by the newly appointed Attorney General.

22. There are many more things done by Najib which require police investigations together with other Government agencies under the law.

23. All these investigations cannot be done because they are stopped by Najib as Prime Minister.

24. In fact all avenues for redress are now not available to the citizens of Malaysia.

25. These are extraordinary circumstances and resort has got to be made through extraordinary means.

26. Hence the Citizens’ Declaration on saving Malaysia and the appeal to the Rulers to intervene.

27. Although there is no provision for the Rulers to intervene, nevertheless there are ways and means for the Rulers to save the country from the abuses of power by Prime Minister Najib.

28. The people look up to the Rulers to save Malaysia.

29. I am sure the Rulers will not fail them.

HOW TO BRIBE GOVERNMENT

HOW TO BRIBE GOVERNMENT

MALAYSIA

17 May 2016 | Economics

1. The Governments of nations dedicated to increasing the wealth of their countries realised the importance of international trade. This is especially so after the loss of the European Empires during which a policy of Imperial Preference ensured the monopoly of imports and exports from and to the colonial territories.

2. The greatest of these imperialist countries was Britain. It became the richest and the most powerful country in the world.

3. But after WWII the imperialists of Europe lost their empires and the trade monopoly that they enjoyed. Strong competition from East Asian countries reduced their trade even more.

4. But they still enjoy good incomes from selling arms. To generate more exports of arms they need to have proxy wars being fought by unsuspecting countries, particularly between the countries they created during their imperial heydays.

5. We see today very sophisticated arms being used in the fratricidal wars, which are being fought in a number of Arab ex-colonies. There is no way for these countries to develop and produce such sophisticated weapons. They may produce primitive bombs and rockets. But the tanks, armoured cars, machine guns and missiles must be bought from the developed countries.

6. These developed countries decry the arms trade as a business. But there can be no doubt that they are the ones most involved in the trade.

7. The weapons trade is huge. The warplanes, tanks, warships, rockets, missiles, submarines etc cost billions of dollars. The income from the sale of arms can contribute much to the wealth creation of a country.

8. They are therefore not too choosy as to who they sell their arms to. Their customers may be oppressive dictators and corrupt Prime Ministers. They may condemn these people for not being democratic and oppressive. But they would tone down their criticisms if these people offer to buy expensive arms from them.

9. The moaning and decrying over the injustices and oppression of dictators are just side-shows to assuage their conscience. But it is they who promote corruption and dictatorial oppression of many Governments in the world.

Demikianlah sikap dato-dato kerana ingin menyenangkan hati raja mereka.
18. Walaupun kerananya saya dipecat, tetapi YTM Tunku meletak jawatan sebagai Perdana Menteri. Mungkin bukan kerana teguran saya, tetapi hakikatnya Tunku mengundur diri.
19. Demikian juga dengan Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Mungkin kerana teguran, mungkin kerana prestasi buruk Pilihanraya ke 12. Tetapi hakikatnya Tun Abdullah juga letak jawatan.
20. Saya sendiri pun letak jawatan.

"United State Of  Malaysia" ?
